altavena.store is an information catalogue run by Altavena. Questions about your personal data can be sent to privacy@altavena.store.
The name and mobile number typed into the order form, the product page it was sent from, and a few technical details of the visit, like the IP address in the server log. Bank, card and mobile-money details are never collected.
The request is handed to the supplier of the product, whose consultant calls to confirm the order and agree on delivery.
Your data is handled in line with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), based on your consent when you submit the form and on the steps needed to respond to your request.
The supplier's call centre, and through it the courier. The request is forwarded as a message on Telegram. Data is not sold and no advertising profile is made.
This site holds no customer list. Requests are passed on and server logs are removed after a short period; the supplier keeps order records as long as the law obliges it.
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it is used, by writing to privacy@altavena.store. A complaint can also go to the Data Protection Commission.
