altavena.store is an information catalogue for visitors in Uganda. Altavena is not the seller of the products and is not a party to the sale.
The seller is the supplier of the product. Its name and address are given on the confirmation call and in the delivery paperwork.
The form only requests a call and is not a purchase. A contract with the supplier begins when you agree to the order on the phone.
Prices are in Uganda shillings and are paid on delivery. This site never asks for card details or a mobile-money PIN.
You may turn down the parcel when it is delivered. Your consumer rights under Ugandan law stay as they are.
