altavena.store is run by Altavena, an information catalogue. Send questions about personal data to privacy@altavena.store.
The name and phone number typed in the order form, the product page where you sent it, and basic technical records of the visit, mainly the IP address in the server log. Card and mobile-money details are not requested.
The request is given to the supplier of the product so that its consultant can ring you, confirm the order and arrange the delivery.
Data is handled under the Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019, with the consent you give by sending the form as the basis.
The supplier's call centre and the delivery rider. The request is passed on as a message through Telegram. Data is not sold and no advertising profiles are made.
No customer database is kept on this site: requests are forwarded and server logs are cleared within a short time. The supplier holds order records for the period required by law.
Write to privacy@altavena.store to see, correct or delete your data, or to object to its use. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Office (PDPO) at NITA-U.
