altavena.store is an information catalogue for visitors in Tanzania. Altavena does not sell the products and takes no part in the sale.
The supplier of the product is the seller. Its name and address are given on the confirmation call and on the delivery note.
The form asks for a call and does not buy anything. A contract with the supplier is formed when you agree to the order on the phone.
Prices are in Tanzanian shillings and are paid on delivery. This site never asks for card details or a mobile-money PIN.
You may refuse the parcel when it is delivered. Your rights under the Fair Competition Act, 2003, including its consumer-protection provisions, remain valid.
