The name and mobile number you enter in the order form, the product page you used and simple technical records of the visit, for example the IP address in the server log. We do not ask for card or mobile-money information.
To hand your request to the supplier of the product, so its adviser can phone you, confirm the order and arrange the delivery.
Personal data is processed under the Personal Data Protection Act, 2022, on the basis of the consent you give by submitting the form.
The supplier's call centre and, through it, the delivery rider. The request is passed on as a Telegram message. We sell no data and create no advertising profiles.
The site has no customer database. Requests are forwarded and server logs are removed after a brief period. The supplier keeps order records for as long as the law demands.
Write to privacy@altavena.store to view, correct or delete your data, or to object to its use. A complaint can also go to the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).
