altavena.store is an information catalogue meant for visitors in Rwanda. Altavena does not sell the products and is not a party to the sale.
The supplier of the product is the seller. You are told its name and address during the confirmation call, and they appear on the delivery documents.
The form is a request for a call, not a purchase. The contract with the supplier begins when you confirm the order by phone.
Prices are given in Rwandan francs (RWF). Payment is in cash to the courier on delivery; the site never requests card, bank or mobile-money details.
You may refuse the parcel at the moment of delivery. Your rights under the consumer protection rules overseen by RICA remain unaffected.
