altavena.store is an information catalogue managed by Altavena. For questions on your personal data, contact privacy@altavena.store.
The name and phone number you enter in the order form, the product page you used and some technical details of the visit, for example the IP address in the server log. Card or bank details are not requested.
The request is given to the product's supplier so that the supplier's adviser can call you, confirm the order and organise delivery.
Processing follows Law N° 058/2021 on the protection of personal data and privacy, resting on your consent when you submit the form and on actions needed to respond to your request.
The supplier's call centre and, through it, the courier. The request is forwarded as a message through Telegram. Data is not sold and no advertising profile is created.
There is no customer database on this site: requests are forwarded and server logs are deleted quickly. The supplier stores order records for as long as legal duties require.
