Your name and cellphone number typed into the order form, the product page you used, and basic technical details of your visit such as the IP address in the server log. Card and bank details are never collected.
Your request is relayed to the supplier of the product so its consultant can call you, verify the order and schedule the delivery.
Processing is governed by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules, and is based on the consent you give by sending the form and on steps taken at your request prior to an order.
The supplier's call center and, through it, the courier. The request is forwarded as a message through Telegram. Data is not sold and no advertising profile is created.
There is no customer database on this site. Requests are forwarded and server logs are erased shortly after. The supplier keeps order records for the period the law requires.
Write to privacy@altavena.store to request access, correction or erasure, to object to processing or to get a portable copy of your data. You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
