Your name and phone number from the order form, the product page you submitted it on and basic technical facts about the visit, such as the IP address in the server log. Card, bank and transfer details are never requested.
Your request is passed to the product's supplier so that the supplier's agent can call you, confirm the order and organise delivery.
Processing is governed by the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and relies on the consent you give by submitting the form and on what is needed to act on your request.
The supplier's call centre and, through it, the delivery rider. The request travels as a message on a messaging service (Telegram). Nothing is sold and no advertising profile is built.
No customer database is kept here: requests are forwarded and server logs are cleared after a short while. The supplier retains order records for as long as the law requires.
Write to privacy@altavena.store to see, correct or erase your data, or to object to how it is used. A complaint may also be filed with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
