altavena.store is an information catalogue meant for visitors in Kenya. Altavena does not sell the products and is not a party to any sale.
The supplier of the product is the one selling it. You will get its name and address on the confirmation call and on the delivery papers.
Submitting the form requests a call and is not a purchase. A contract with the supplier starts once you accept the order over the phone.
Prices are in Kenya shillings and you pay on delivery. The site never requests card details or an M-Pesa PIN.
You may decline the parcel when the rider hands it over. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 are not affected.
