altavena.store is an information catalogue for visitors in India. Altavena neither sells the products nor participates in any sale.
The product supplier is the seller. Its name and address are given on the confirmation call and in the delivery documents.
The form only requests a call back and does not amount to a purchase. Your contract with the supplier starts once you confirm the order on the phone.
Amounts are in Indian rupees and are paid in cash on delivery. This site will never ask for card numbers, a UPI PIN or an OTP.
You may decline the parcel when it arrives. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 continue to apply.
