The name and mobile number you type in the order form, the product page you used, and routine technical traces of the visit such as browser, time and IP address in the server log. No card, UPI or bank details are asked for.
Your request is passed on to the product's supplier so that its executive can phone you, confirm the order and arrange delivery.
Data is processed in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, on the strength of the consent you give when you submit the form.
The supplier's call centre and, through it, the courier, only to the extent needed to confirm and deliver the order. The request is relayed as a message over a messaging app (Telegram). We do not sell data or build advertising profiles.
The site maintains no customer database. Requests are forwarded and server logs are deleted at short intervals. Order records are kept by the supplier for as long as the order and the law require.
Email privacy@altavena.store to obtain a summary of your data, correct or erase it, or withdraw your consent at any time. An unresolved complaint can be taken to the Data Protection Board of India.
